当協会は2002年の設立以来、以下のミッションステートメントのもと、事業型NPOの立場から、行政と民間との間で誰も手をつけていない問題領域におけるイノベーション・ポイントを発見し、本質的な問題解決に取り組んでおります。

例えば、それは、中小企業や地域における生産性（DX等）、組織と人のエンゲージメント創出、多様な人々の自律的な能力開発といった領域となります。しかしながら、単独では限界があり、多くの方々との連携が必要となっています。

今後とも問題意識を持った皆さまとの対話を深めて参りたいと考えております。
